Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account: email address, name (first, middle, last or a display name), @username, password (stored only as an Argon2id hash), sign-in methods you link (Apple, Google, Microsoft).
- Security: signed-in devices, approximate location from IP address, two-factor and passkey details (public keys only), sign-in history.
- Your content: chats, files, images, email and messages. Stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) with keys per account or per conversation. End-to-end encrypted chats are readable only on your devices.
- Billing: your plan, payment status and receipts from Stripe, PayPal or app stores. We never receive your full card number.
- Usage: credits used, models chosen, and technical logs kept up to 30 days to run and protect the service.
How we use it
To run AXORK for you, keep it secure (spam, phishing and fraud checks), bill you, and answer support requests. We don't sell your personal information and don't use your private content to train AI models. We don't show ads.
Who we share it with
- AI model providers that run the AXORK models (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Groq, Cerebras and OpenRouter), and, when you use them, web search (Tavily, Brave, DuckDuckGo, Wikipedia) and free image services (Pollinations). They receive the messages, files and prompts needed to answer you, under their own terms; we don't let them use it to train their models where they offer that choice. Some free tiers don't offer it: Google's free Gemini tier (used by AXORK Light, Flash and Long) may use what you send to improve Google's products, so don't send those models anything private. AXORK Mail never uses it. You can ask us which provider a model uses.
- Amazon Web Services (email sending and receiving, storage), payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Apple, Google, Huawei), and the inbox providers you connect (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud).
- People you choose: contacts, groups and the files you share with them, limited by your privacy settings.
- Organizations that manage your account, as described in the Terms.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
- Download everything or delete your account any time in Privacy and security.
- Control who can message you, read receipts, what each contact sees, and whether the Group Chatbot can read a Messenger chat.
- Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California law) you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, and object to some uses. Email [PRIVACY EMAIL].
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect your account. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account exists. Deleting your account wipes your chats, files, mail and messages; backups roll off within 35 days. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Children
AXORK isn't for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
